Unassigned reason codes

Applies to v1.7+ · ~3 min read · Troubleshooting

The Unassigned Jobs window lists a plain-language reason and a numeric code for each affected job.

Unassigned Jobs window showing the reason text and code beside each job.

How to use a code

  1. Read the reason text first; it explains the planning constraint that could not be met.
  2. Note the job name, stop, window, and location.
  3. Correct the job or vehicle data.
  4. Re-run optimization and confirm the job is no longer listed.

Reasons shown in the Unassigned Jobs window

The window lists one row per unassigned job. The most common reason is that the job cannot be served within its customer time window; the row also carries a numeric code, which this release does not expand into a description on screen.

Reason-code catalogue coming

A full v1.7 reason-code catalogue will be published as its own page. Until then, use the plain-language reason text shown beside each job in the app.
