Manage export formats

Review and maintain the export profiles available in Route Planner.

Review a profile

  1. Open Data Setup → Manage Export Profiles.
  2. Search the profile list and select a record.
  3. Review the profile name, last-used date, mapping health, and mapping preview.

Edit a profile

Open the selected profile's mapping, review each output column, correct unmatched rows, and select Save Mapping.

Create or remove profiles

  • Select New Profile to upload another output template.
  • Use the available delete action only after checking which workflows use the profile.

Effect on Automation and past manifests

Renaming or deleting an export profile does not change manifests you already exported. Automation exports data in the same format the files were imported in, so it is not tied to a manually chosen export profile.
